The world sucks, let's dance. PORTRAY brings an explosive show filled with protest, humour, and melancholy. For the weirdos trying to live in a society that’s not made for them. A neuromanic mutant baby made of Psychedelic Porn Crumpets, Turnstile, and Rage Against The Machine. This Nijmegen-based psychedelic garage rock band has already set fire to the stages of Valkhof Festival, Booster, De Roos, and played a debut EP release show in Merleyn in 2025.
Peanut Butter Goldfish
With their raw guitar sound, heavy drums, and theatrical vocals, Peanut Butter Goldfish launches you headfirst into a danceable and energetic post-punk opera. Pain, shame, and euphoria are fired straight at you in a raw and unfiltered way. It’s as if Nina Hagen, Royal Blood and DITZ had a slightly derailed love baby. In May 2025, their fans reached the volume of a jet engine during takeoff. Measured at 119 decibels, they won the ‘Baksteenaward’ for the loudest crowd.
